These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site operated by FieldTurf USA, Inc. ("FieldTurf," "we," "us," or "our"). The Site is provided for general information, marketing, and lead generation purposes in connection with FieldTurf's commercial products and services.
1. Scope and Applicability

These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including visitors, B2B customers, prospective customers, architects, engineers, public sector procurement officers, media, and any other person accessing the Site from any jurisdiction. These Terms apply to all pages, interactive features (including the Field Visualizer tool), downloadable content, articles, videos, and any other materials available on the Site or its subdomains.
1.2 Additional Terms
Certain features of the Site or services offered by FieldTurf may be subject to additional or supplemental terms and conditions, which will be presented to you at the time those features are accessed. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplemental terms, the supplemental terms will govern with respect to the specific feature or service to which they apply.
1.3 Commercial and Project Contracts
These Terms govern only your use of the Site. They do not govern any commercial agreement, supply contract, installation agreement, or warranty arrangement between you and FieldTurf. Such relationships are subject to separate written contracts. Nothing in these Terms creates any contractual obligation on the part of FieldTurf to provide products, services, or installations.

2.1 Licence Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, FieldTurf grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site solely for your own lawful, non-commercial informational purposes, or for the purpose of evaluating FieldTurf products and services for a potential business transaction. You are permitted to download and retain one copy of any Material for your own internal, non-commercial reference purposes only, subject to the following conditions:
