Tarkett Sports Launches FieldTurf Landscape

In an effort to provide easier and greater access to its landscaping products, Tarkett Sports has introduced FieldTurf Landscape. Building on FieldTurf’s existing success in the direct and dealer business, the new division is focused on explosive growth in previously untapped segments such as wholesale and distribution.

Matt Henson, a 15-year veteran of the artificial turf industry, has recently been named Vice-President of FieldTurf Landscape and is overseeing its introduction across North America.

The new FieldTurf division is a part of the growing Tarkett Sports family which offers a leading portfolio of sports surfacing systems. All FieldTurf Landscape systems are manufactured at the same renowned Calhoun, Georgia facility as FieldTurf products — and with the same quality-control standards in place. It’s one of the only in North America to be ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001-2018 certified for leadership in quality, environmental and safety management systems.

FieldTurf Landscape products can be customized with specific colors and specialty system engineering, and inventory is housed at warehouses strategically located throughout the United States to fill and deliver orders quickly.

“We can provide products for any type of landscape project, whether it’s a residence, a playground, a pet application, or for small-scale sports needs such as the agility and training markets — Fitness facilities and batting cages, for example,” Henson says.

The new division represents FieldTurf’s increased commitment to the landscape market, and it is backed by Tarkett’s extensive history of providing surface solutions that stand the test of time. FieldTurf Landscape will continue the company’s tradition of being a trusted partner for the long run.

EasyTurf, another FieldTurf landscape product, will remain the company’s direct-to-dealer platform for residential landscaping needs.
