The Broyles Foundation and FieldTurf Honor Texas High School Football Coaches

The Broyles Foundation and FieldTurf are partnering to expand the High School Broyles Award program in Texas by recognizing and celebrating assistant football coaches across 8 regions. Annually, the High School Broyles Award honors the nation's best high school assistant football coaches.

The prestigious high school award was introduced in 2018 by the Broyles Foundation, which has been honoring the nation's best collegiate assistant football coaches since 1996. The award is named after Coach Frank Broyles, who had a legacy of selecting and developing great assistants during his almost two decades as head coach at Arkansas.

FieldTurf, a world leader in artificial turf, is committed to empowering tomorrow's champions through its Better Tomorrow program, which is highlighted by partnerships with:

  • The Broyles Foundation, honoring the best high school assistant football coaches in Texas and across the nation.
  • Good Sports, helping equip over 400,000 kids annually.
  • Women Leaders in Sports, empowering women to advance into positions of influence and transform the world of sports.
  • AFCA – American Football Coaches Association: Dedicated to helping football coaches through ongoing education, interaction, and networking.

And numerous other programs encouraging coaching and athletics.

Crowning This Year’s Coaches

Texas is built on a rich history and passion for football, and it is home to some of the most talented programs and coaches in the country. The High School Broyles Award program aims to recognize and celebrate these coaches who make a positive impact on their players and communities through their leadership.
