HOW NEW JERSEY BECAME THE FIELDTURF CAPITAL OF AMERICA
Despite being the country’s 5th smallest state, New Jersey showcases over 750 of FieldTurf’s 6500 U.S. installations. Combined, the artificial turf fields would span over 60,000,000 sq.ft, enough to surface all of Central Park, twice!

Even faced with the additional challenges of 2020, this year has been another successful one for FieldTurf in New Jersey. New surfaces have already been installed at MetLife Stadium, Bergen Catholic, Fairleigh Dickinson University and more, along with a newly awarded project at the Township of Middletown which will cover over 200,000 sq.ft.
A growing trend in the area over the last five years has been the choice of FieldTurf’s cooling infill technology, CoolPlay. The system is laboratory-tested and proven to reduce surface temperature by up to 35 degrees compared to traditional turf systems.
