A Behind the Scenes Look at How a Turf Field Logo is Made

Did you ever wonder how those great looking team logos get made for an artificial turf field? Well here’s a look behind the scenes at the FieldTurf Manufacturing Plant to show you from start to finish how we make logos for our fields!

Whether it’s the Atlanta Falcons, The Fighting Irish’s Blue & Gold ND letters or your local High School’s emblem; a center logo adds a unique visual appeal to any Artificial Turf field regardless of the sport.

FieldTurf produces its own logos for every field and nothing is left to a third party. Nothing is left to chance. This provides you with a level of quality assurance that simply cannot be matched.

FieldTurf's acquisition of our own fiber extrusion plant in Germany completes our overall vertical integration of our manufacturing process, featuring our 500,000 square foot triple ISO Certified production facility (the only one of its kind worldwide) in Calhoun, Georgia. During the manufacturing process there are three aspects to turf construction – Fiber Production, Tufting, and Coating. What’s important to know is that we control all three aspects of the value chain. The world leader in artificial turf innovation is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified for its leadership in quality, environment and safety management systems. FieldTurf’s Calhoun facility represents the only artificial turf manufacturing operation in North America to have received these ISO certifications.
